AI Agents Consulting for Busy Professionals
Stop chatting with AI.
Start working with it.
I help non-technical professionals set up AI agents that know their work – their role, their standards, their tools – so AI becomes a reliable collaborator, not a novelty. No coding. You leave running the system yourself.
Between work, kids, and life happening, who has time to learn AI agents? We set yours up together – in hours, on your real work.

Sound familiar?
You know AI could do more for you. It just doesn’t, yet.
Every chat starts from zero
You re-explain your role, your context, and your standards in every conversation. The output is generic because the AI knows nothing about you.
No spare hours to figure it out
Between work, kids, and life happening, there’s no free afternoon to learn this. Everyone’s talking about AI agents; finding the time – and a tutorial you trust – is another story. That gap is exactly what I fill.
Tools that never stuck
You’ve tried apps and assistants that promised magic and delivered another subscription. Agents work when they’re built around your workflow, not the other way around.
Unsure what’s safe to share
Client data, internal documents, your own notes – you want clear, practical rules about what an agent should and shouldn’t touch before you commit.
How this works
Built on your real work. Yours to run when we’re done.
This is AI agents consulting, not a course and not a demo. We work hands-on, on your actual tasks – the report you write every month, the inbox you triage, the research you compile – and turn them into agent workflows you operate yourself. The hours that frees up go back to whatever matters most. In my case, that’s family.
The goal is independence, not dependence. You won’t need me to maintain what we build. That’s the point.
- 1
Agents that know your context
We give your AI a working memory of your role, your projects, your voice, and your quality bar – so output is specific and usable, not generic.
- 2
Connected to the tools you already use
Email, calendar, documents, Notion, spreadsheets – your agents read from and write to your real systems, with sensible permissions.
- 3
Privacy and safety rules from day one
Clear boundaries on what the agent can access, what stays out, and how to keep client and personal data protected.
- 4
Taught the way adults actually learn
I’m a learning scientist. Sessions are structured for retention and real behavior change, not a firehose of features you’ll forget by Friday.
Ways to work together

Agent Setup Sprint
$2,400 / 2-3 weeks
We design and build your personal agent system end to end: context, memory, connected tools, and the workflows that matter most in your week.
- Workflow audit: where agents will save you the most time
- 3 working sessions + async support between them
- 2-4 agents configured, connected, and documented
- Privacy and data rules tailored to your situation
- Handover session: you run everything yourself
Keep momentum
Ongoing Advisory
$750 / month
For sprint alumni who want a thinking partner as their system grows and the tools keep evolving.
- Two 45-minute sessions per month
- Async questions answered within 2 business days
- New workflow design as your needs change
- Updates when the AI landscape shifts (it will)
Not sure which fits? That’s what the free discovery call is for. Working Session fees are credited toward a Sprint if you upgrade within 30 days.
Fees cover the consulting itself. AI tool subscriptions and usage costs are billed separately by the providers and depend on the tools we choose together.
Who you’ll work with
I run my own business on the system I’ll teach you
I’m Patricia Cangas, founder of Pixel Parenting – and a working parent. Every part of this organization – planning, research, content, publishing – runs on a multi-agent AI system I built and operate daily, in the hours a family schedule allows. Not as an experiment: as the actual infrastructure of a working business.
Before that, I spent years inside the tech industry and in education. I teach AI literacy to schools, families, and professionals, and I bring a learning sciences background to every session – which means you’ll actually retain what we build together.
- Daily operator of a 15+ agent system running a real organization
- Learning sciences researcher and educator
- Teaches AI literacy across schools, families, and professional settings
- Has seen the tech playbook from the inside

The things people ask on the discovery call
I’m a busy parent with no time for courses. Is this realistic?
That’s exactly who this format was designed for. Hands-on sessions replace months of tutorials, you learn by building on your own work, and there’s nothing to watch later. You want to learn it, not just have it done for you – that’s the whole approach.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything we build uses plain language and visual tools. If you can write a clear email, you can configure an agent.
Can we work in Spanish?
Yes. I work fluently in English and Spanish, so the sessions, your agents, and the materials can be in either language – whichever fits how you actually work.
Which AI tools do you work with?
I work primarily with Claude and the major agent platforms, but the approach is tool-agnostic: we choose based on your existing stack, your budget, and your privacy needs – not on what’s trendy this month.
Is my data safe?
We set explicit boundaries before connecting anything: what the agent can read, what it can write, and what never enters the system. You’ll understand and control every permission yourself.
What does it cost to run once it’s set up?
My fees cover the consulting; the AI tools themselves bill you directly, and the cost depends on which tools fit your needs – we pick them together in the first session, budget included. Most personal setups run on a standard AI subscription (typically $20-30 per month), and heavier usage-based setups can cost more. You’ll know your running cost before we build anything.
What if my work is unusual?
Unusual work is where agents help most, because off-the-shelf tools weren’t built for you. The discovery call will tell us quickly whether your workflow is a good fit.
How is this different from a course?
A course teaches you about agents. This builds your agents, with you, on your real work – and teaches you in the process. You finish with a working system, not a certificate.
Find out what agents could take off your plate
